1.  If I don't do what I say I'll do, you can terminate your representation agreement with me.  If I'm acting as your agent while buying a home, you can end your agreement with me on one day's notice.  If I'm listing your home and don't fulfill the marketing plan as we've agreed, you can also terminate the listing agreement.
